This story can be found in the book of Jonah.  Can you think of any times when someone told you to do something and you wouldnt listen?  Maybe you can pray with  someone and ask God to help you do what he asks you to do.

Jonah and the big fish for youth

You can find this story in the book of Jonah in the Old Testament.  Jonah was a man who told others about God.  God asked him to go to Ninevah to tell the bad people to turn back to God.  He went in a ship the opposit way and they came across a storm.  He told them to throw him overboard.  At once the storm was calmed.  He went into the belly of a big fish where he prayed.  He survived this and went on to Ninivah where his words persuaded all the people to change their ways.
Watch this film to get a flavour of the story.
